At Cookie Express, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds:
1. Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns of baked goods, since they are perishable.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item(s).
- Your order was missing items.
- Your order arrived damaged or unsafe to eat.
3. What’s Not Covered
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Items not stored properly after delivery.
- Discounted/clearance items.
4. Process
- Contact us at [your email/Instagram DM handle] with your order details and a photo (if applicable).

- Send you a replacement, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
