At Cookie Express, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds:



1. Returns & Refunds



  • We do not accept returns of baked goods, since they are perishable.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.




2. Eligibility for Refund



You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:


  • You received the wrong item(s).
  • Your order was missing items.
  • Your order arrived damaged or unsafe to eat.




3. What’s Not Covered



  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items not stored properly after delivery.
  • Discounted/clearance items.




4. Process



  • Contact us at [your email/Instagram DM handle] with your order details and a photo (if applicable).
  • Once reviewed, we’ll either:
    • Send you a replacement, or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.




5. Timing



Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days.
