Welcome to Cookie Express! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.





1. General



  • Cookie Express provides baked goods for personal enjoyment.
  • By placing an order, customer accept these Terms.
  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted.






2. Orders



  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after 12.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.






3. Payments



  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept cash and Zelle.
  • If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.






4. Delivery & Pickup



  • Delivery and pickup options are provided based on location and availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party couriers.






5. Allergies & Food Safety



  • Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies before ordering.
  • We do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.






6. Refunds & Replacements



  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued in line with our Refund Policy (see separate policy).






7. Use of Our Content


 

  • All Cookie Express logos, branding, and original product photos are the property of Cookie Express.
  • Some product photos or stock images may come from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership over these, and all rights remain with their original creators.
  • Customers may not use our branding, logo, or original materials without permission.

 




8. Limitation of Liability



  • Cookie Express is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by ingredients, allergies, or improper storage of goods after delivery.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the order.






9. Governing Law



  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.
  • Any disputes will be handled in Brooklyn courts.
