1. Local Delivery (Free Zone)



  • We offer free delivery for all orders within postal code 11209.
  • Delivery times will be coordinated directly with the customer after purchase.




2. Outside Delivery Zone



  • Orders outside of postal code 11209 may:
    • Be subject to a delivery fee (based on distance), or
    • Be declined if delivery is not feasible.

  • Customers will be notified before confirming their order if additional charges apply.




3. Pickup Option



  • Customers outside of 11209 are welcome to arrange for pickup. Pickup details will be shared upon order confirmation.




4. Shipping by Mail



  • At this time, Cookie Express does not offer standard mail or nationwide shipping.



5. Accuracy of Information



  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and delivery cannot be completed, the order may be canceled without refund.
